Then all new 3” schedule piping was installed connecting both he slab and crawl sub-membrane. This created the negative pressure under the membrane and basement slab needed to significantly lower the radon levels throughout the home. The ALS team also installed a UV resistant Low Voltage Radon Fan. Laurence was happy with the results.
