Radon Gas Mitigation Photo Album: Radon Mitigation w/ Vapor Barrier - Richland, Mi

This system we recently installed had high levels of radon even throughout the main level of the home. Underneath the living area, bathroom, and master bedroom was a large dirt floor crawlspace. We installed drainage matting along with 20 mil Clean Space Vapor Barrier throughout the crawlspace. We created an extraction point in the slab of the basement and connected the radon system to the vapor barrier. This creates negative pressure under both the slab and barrier safely venting the radon gas outside the home.

Radon Fan - Exterior Aesthetic Package

This is a good example of our exterior aesthetic package giving the outside a more clean-cut look. This system also has a fan moisture guard which extends the 5 year warranty to 10 years.

Breathe EZ Air Filter

This client also installed a Breathe EZ Air Filter. This filter uses electricity to capture particles instead of thick media. It has the ability to filter radon decay products, mold spores, viruses, and allergens.
