ALS Property Associates completed a radon gas mitigation installation at a residential property in Buchanan, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this property. Two extraction points were used on this installation as the soil was solid clay and needed another radon extraction point in the basement to properly work. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement to the exterior. The radon fan was installed on the rear exterior corner and vented above the roof line.
