ALS Property Associates completed a radon mitigation system at a residential property in Dowling, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this home. Schedule 40 piping was run from the extraction point in the basement to the exterior. The radon fan was installed on the side exterior and vented above the roof line. This property also had a dirt crawlspace. 20mil vapor barrier was installed in the crawlspace and sealed to prevent any radon gas from entering to the home.
