ALS Property Associates installed a radon mitigation system at a residential property in Comstock, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on the property. Schedule 40 piping was run from the first extraction point in the basement to the crawl space where the second extraction point was installed. The piping was run to the exterior where than radon fan was installed and vented above the roof line.
