ALS Property Associates completed a radon gas removal installation at a residential property in Sherwood, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on the property. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement to the exterior. The radon fan was installed on the side exterior and vented above the roof line. This property was unique as the basement was once a Michigan basement that had been rebuilt. The home set on a slab which needed the piping to be run through the main level floor than to the exterior.
