ALS Property Associates completed a radon gas mitigation installation at a residential property in Plainwell, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this home. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement to the exterior. The radon fan was installed on the side exterior and ran through the soffit to provide a clean look on the exterior. A cover was also installed over the fan for a better exterior look.
