ALS Property Associates completed a radon mitigation installation at a residential property in Portage, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this home. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement extraction point to the garage. The radon fan was installed in the garage and vented through the roof line. A clean vapor barrier was installed in the small crawlspace and sealed to prevent any radon gas from entering the home.
