ALS Property Associates completed a radon mitigation system installation at a residential home in St. Joseph, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on the property. Schedule 40 piping was run from the extraction point in the basement to the attic above the garage. The radon fan was installed in the attic and vented through the roof.
