ALS Property Associates completed a radon gas mitigation system installation at a residential property in Belmont, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this home. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement extraction point to the exterior. The radon fan was installed on the side exterior and vented above the roof line. The sump pump pit was properly sealed with a dome cover. This home had water proofing completed prior to the radon system being installed. ALS Property Associates properly sealed the wall drainage system to prevent radon gas from entering the home.
