ALS Property Associates completed a radon gas removal mitigation system at a residential home in Otsego, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this property. Schedule 40 piping was run from the extraction point in the basement to the garage attic. The radon fan was installed in the attic and vented through the roof.
