Here is a before and after photoshoot detailing a radon extraction point installed by ALS Property Associates, Inc. in Otsego, MI. This system ended up having (3) radon extraction points. 

ALS Property Associates installed a radon mitigation system at a residential property in Otsego, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was installed in the basement and schedule 40 piping was run to the side exterior of the property. The radon fan was installed and vented above the roof line.

This before and after photo shows our interior aesthetic package when installing a radon mitigation system. We can install pipe from the radon extraction point to the garage, and up to the attic. We then install the radon fan in the attic and vent the scheduled 40 radon pipe through the roof. This was a tough one due to how it lined up with the interior of the home. The installation crew was able to enter the garage and angle over prior to running the pipe to the attic. This section of pipe can be seen in the garage but can't be seen from the exterior of the home.
