Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

ALS Property Associates, Inc Kalamazoo's leading radon mitigation contractor installed a sub-slab depressurization system to lower the radon levels for a residential homeowner. The radon system was run from the basement through the crawlspace that was encapsulated. The radon fan was installed on the rear exterior of the home and vented above the roof line.

The piping was then run in the attic to the garage and vented through the roof.

Here is an example of an exterior radon reduction fan. Our team was able to install the fan on a back outside corner that was out of site. We use all white fans with white couplings so the system looks nice and blended in with the white home. 

This before and after is an example of a multiple extraction point radon mitigation. See the main PVC vent pipe has an extraction point on the basement floor (slab) along with another through the foundation pulling from the crawlspace. This system has three extraction points total to create negative pressure under two separate crawlspaces and the main slab.
