Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

This is an exterior extraction point installed for a radon mitigation. Our team cores a hole in the concrete, pulls out 10 - 15 gallons of fill, and installs schedule 40 PVC pipe to the outdoors to a fan. Everything is sealed air tight.

This before and after shows a radon reduction fan and schedule 40 radon vent pipe. The pipe was safely secured to the old brick of the home.

The radon system was run from the basement through the crawlspace that was encapsulated. The radon fan was installed on the rear exterior of the home and vented above the roof line.

ALS Property Associates installed a radon reduction system at a residential property in Kalamazoo, MI. The radon mitigation system was run from the basement to the garage. From the garage the schedule 40 piping was run to the attic where the radon fan was installed and vented through the roof.
