Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

ALS Property Associates installed a radon mitigation system at a residential property in Caledonia, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this property. Schedule 40 piping was run from the extraction point in the basement to a crawl space. From the crawl space schedule 40 piping was run through the main level wall and to the above attic. The radon fan was installed in the attic and vented through the roof.
