Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

Here are some before and after photos of a radon mitigation system in Ada, MI. This is the exterior Festa Radon Fan. We were able to hide the system in a back corner of the home. The schedule 40 PVC pipe didn't have to go above the roof line as there were no windows. the pipe was installed above 10' from grade and 45 angle away from the home.

The schedule 40 piping was run through the crawlspace and up through the main level closet. From there the radon fan was installed in the attic and vented through the roof.

This is a before/after photo of a radon extraction point. This system is tied in with the drain tile underneath the slab. We were able to tuck the extraction point out of the way in a corner and still communicate with the entire drain field.
