Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

This before and after is an example of a multiple extraction point radon mitigation. See the main PVC vent pipe has an extraction point on the basement floor (slab) along with another through the foundation pulling from the crawlspace. This system has three extraction points total to create negative pressure under two separate crawlspaces and the main slab.

Before and after of a system with the interior aesthetic package. We ran the PVC schedule 40 pipe to the garage, installed the fan in the upper portion of the garage, and vented it through the roof. This makes it virtually invisible from the outside except for a vent on the back side of the roof. This client wanted the pvc pipe ran under the rafters so he could still easily use them for storage.

The radon system was installed in the basement with a sub-slab depressurization and run with schedule 40 piping to the exterior of the home. The radon fan was installed on the side exterior and vented 10ft above grade per code.
