Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

Here is a before and after of a standard exterior radon fan we installed during a radon mitigation. 

This before and after details a radon extraction point located in a basement of a home. This radon mitigation system was installed in Berrien Springs, MI by ALS Property Associates, Inc. 

Take a look at another system installed with and interior aesthetic package. This system has (2) extraction points. The schedule 40 piping is ran to the garage where the fan is located and vented through the roof.

This is an good example of crack sealing completed on a radon mitigation project. It is important to seal all areas of the concrete slab and/or foundation to seal off radon entry points.
