Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

This makes the radon reduction system not visible from the the outdoors and more aesthetically pleasing.

Thin wall pipe was hanging outside the home and the extraction point was never dug out to create an air pocket for the radon fan to remove radon gas. The old radon fan was also not rated for the basement size and soil at this property. ALS Radon & Environmental removed the entire radon system and installed a new radon system to NRPP standards. New schedule 40 piping was installed and 10 gallons of soil was removed from the extraction point. A new gx3 radon fan was properly installed with the tight soil and large basement size.
